Nailed It

Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, QualityI called early this afternoon and was able to get an appointment for 3 pm. I had read the reviews, which were very positive so was thrilled that I was able to have both a manicure and pedicure at the last minute. (I used to faithfully use a different salon, that was wonderful for the first few years, but steadily declined in overall quality of workmanship, caring, and even cleanliness). I was warmly greeted at the door, and several of the ladies working greeted me as well. The salon is very clean, tastefully decorated, and cheery, while being quiet, peaceful and relaxing. I was immediately shown to my station, and the lady assigned to me gave me lovely French Tip nails. (I must say I did kinda miss the hot towel back rub, and hot wax dip on my hands, that my old salon did at no extra cost). That being said, onto my Pedicure which was devine, with the best foot and leg massage, ever. By this time, almost all of the techs had said “Hi” to me, and made me feel right at home, and comfortable. In such a friendly atmosphere , even the other clients were cordial and outgoing. It’s no wonder “NAILED IT” has excellent reviews, as they truly have Nailed It! I called early this afternoon and was able to get an appointment for 3 pm. I had read the reviews, which were very positive so was thrilled that I was able to have both a manicure and pedicure at the last minute.
