I dont think the husband is certified, the tools do not look clean. He did not seem to clean up dead skin, nails not cut straight and the final polish was not a clean finish. Filed too close to skin causing pain and skin irritation. Asked for 1 toe to becut shirt because of ingrown, did not do same. NICE people, poor quality.

I have been to XPO nails 3 times now, and have received the best service EVERY time I’ve gone in. It is a small family owned and operated business that has been there for 10 years. Dont let the strip mall location scare you away, they do a great job and are all so friendly. I had a Gel manicure and Pedicure for my 1st 2 visits. Never have I ever been to a place that has a hot stone leg massage INCLUDED in their pedicure price! And they always offer you a complimentary water or soda, AMAZING!

Critical: Quality, ValueI really wanted to like this place because the workers were nice, but unfortunately it is one of the worst pedicures I’ve ever had. I got a gel pedicure (40$) and the paint is completely uneven. One toe even has a spot of paint missing somehow. My nails are all different shapes in terms of how they cut and filed. My friend got a regular pedicure (25$) and same story with hers. I moved to the area just a few months ago and thought I’d try Nail Xpo when I needed some pampering. When I made the appointment, Jennifer (the owner) was the one to do my nails. I’ve now gone back every couple weeks and have walked out happy each time. Jennifer and the whole staff have a lot of experience and do a great job. Also, you can’t beat their pricing for a gel manicure.

I was looking on Google Maps for a new pedicure place and happened upon Nail Xpo. I am so very glad I did! The service was amazing! The owner himself did my pedicure and it was the best pedicure I have ever had! The regular price is $25, but you should definitely spring for the Luxury Pedicure which is $35. They do a sea salt scrub on your legs and a clay mask, wrap your feet in hot towels and to top it all off, you get a hot stone massage on your legs and feet! AMAZING!! My feet have never felt better. I can’t say enough about this place, even the massage chairs were fantastic!! I will be a repeat customer for sure 🙂

The price for a gel manicure is awesome. Only $22, but I don’t think I will back. The lady (Jennifer?) was extremely rude, not friendly and made me feel like I was an inconvenience. Very short and curt. I’m willing to pay more for a manicure for a more welcoming environment.
