I had an appointment at 10am I was seen at 10:30. Half way during the session she gets up and helps a walk in, she finishes her nails but I had to wait 25 minutes then she comes back and continues on mine. Then she tells me she can’t do my set of nails it has be a certain way.. if they need help they should probably hire people.. but 65 bucks was not worth it . It was just pink powder as well no nail color 🙁

I went in for a pedicure with my baby, very nice staff, they’re very friendly, but I got my toes done white and she didn’t do a very good job. She got paint on my skin which will cause the gel polish to fall faster. I was just not satisfied with how my toes look with the white polish. I think they could’ve done a better job. Pedicure

Yesterday grandmother went here for her toes & a frenchtips acrylic nail set. She asked multiple times for Acrylic french tips & only got a manicure. They refused to do acrylics on her. She also said they hurt her by being rough & janking her hands and feet. Getting angry & even arguing with her about what she wanted. Hello she knows what she wants & the entire experience was so awful she swears to never go back.

They always do my feet well. Was a bit disappointed. Took my fiance on Sunday afternoon. Not much people in there, maybe 4? The guy did my feet then instead of going to do my fiance’s he just let him sit and wait there! Ended uo being there for 2 hrs when we could have been done in 1.

I called in the morning right after they opened and made my appointment at 4:15. She agreed and then later when I showed up I saw she had just started on a walk-in just before my appointment time. I was not see until 55 minutes later and my nails were crooked. Your time is not respected here and they are WAY over priced. I would not recommend this place and it was a horrible experience.
