Critical: ProfessionalismWalked in after I called them to ask was it okay if im 10 to 15 minutes late. I was told yes that they were on lunch anyways so it will be fine. Came in and no where to sit. A girl on the right hand side had a bad attitude. Didn’t care to listen what I was told and nobody greeted me at the door like a professional business would. They also wouldn’t cut my hair nor did they apologize for the inconvenience. Never will return again. Walked in after I called them to ask was it okay if im 10 to 15 minutes late. I was told yes that they were on lunch anyways so it will be fine. Came in and no where to sit. Alondra whipped my head into shape. It took about an hour. Yeah, Sport clips didn’t do me any favors. I drove from Florence area of North O. They were super cool about me showing up without an appointment. I felt bad for walking in but I needed a cut real bad. They treated me better than anyone I’ve ever let cut me so I’m hooked.
