The young lady that did my pedicure did not take her time. As a man I get pedicure often but this one ranks as on of the worst. To make matters worst she charged me 5 extra dollars to put one coat of clear on my toe nails. Not satisfied at all real men take care of their body’s and should get the same attention as a woman.

Came in a little after 12 and was told one lady was unavailable but she’s doing pedicures and nails. I can’t deal with Vincent he’s rude and disrespectful to women! Waited for Char and it’s now 2:40 and I have yet to be seen. There is no one in here and the receptionist says he’s got to take a lunch break and it will be a 40 min wait! Went in for a manicure and gel polish yesterday. Manicure was ok but my issue is the girl cut me three times. THREE TIMES. The first time it took a huge chunk out of my cuticle and then she nipped me two more times. She apologized but she didn’t try to discount the service or anything. I understand mistakes happen but when you cut someone three times I think its warranted.

Today was my first time coming here, and I’m not too sure that I’ll be coming back. The nail tech that I had was Josh, and he was absolutely wonderful! The gel polish he did was neat, his customer service was great, and he wasn’t too rough. I wish I could do a separate review just for him because he really was fantastic.

Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Quality, ValueIt was nice at first I normally don’t like to talk and the lady didn’t pry so I liked that but my Nail broke within 2 days was told to wait an hour still was told I can come back in an hour and would be able to help me I’m back and was told to wait another hour or two lmao when I first came in she didn’t clean my cuticles or anything I let it go because I was the last one in but all this is bs I spent over 130 bucks on lashes nails ect and I get this horrible treatment!!! Critical: QualityWent in yesterday morning to get my brows and lashes done. One of the lashes started coming off later that day and by the next morning it was completely off. $25 dollars wasted on lashes I didn’t get any use of. Refund or reserve me with better services.
