It’s almost like I went to a salon that’s just starting out on to do nails, all around a bad experience. I asked for a specific design in Dip, and she did say she could do it, but she didn’t say what the process was, only that it was going to cost extra because it takes longer. Fine no problem, but she didn’t tell me what she needed to do, had she told me she was going to put Gel over the Dip, I would’ve picked something different. 2 stars because she got the color design I asked for.

While the price for a full set of acrylic was $40, She never used a light to dry my nails, not once, and rushed through the whole thing. My nails are uneven and i left with not fully dry nails. The acrylic doesnt even fully cover or fit my actual nails. I have no idea why she let acrylic nails air dry other than to hurry & get to one of the women waiting, maybe because she was a regular and knew she’d be tipped good? I usually never write reviews, but I had to let people know about my experience so this does not happen to anyone else. I waited a while to talk about this hoping my nails would heal, but they have not. About a month ago in december I had some clear dip nail polish that I wanted taken off, and this nail salon was so conveniently located for me i decided to walk and get my nail polish off and wear my natural nails for a while. When I sit down, the older lady looks at my nails and says “this is acrylic, not dip.” I tell her, “sorry ma’am, but no, this is regular clear dip polish.” For five minutes, she goes back and forth with me telling me that these are acrylic nails, I didn’t know what I was talking about (even though I have never gotten acrylic nails in my life), and she finally believed me when she asked for a second opinion from I am guessing the female owner. Not sure how I wouldn’t know about my own nails, but okay.

The guy doing my nails gets up CONSTANTLY and won’t even let me know so I’m sitting there waiting and waiting over and over again because he acts like he’s the only person in the shop that can take other customers’ payments when they are finished with their services. He also talks to every single coworker in there while servicing me in their native language. I understand you don’t want it to quiet and awkward in there but if you are looking down at my nails then giggle with the person next to you, I’m not returning because you have made me feel uncomfortable.4. The proprietor hit me up following messaging the salon for an arrangement. I had a magnificent encounter! My professional and she made an exquisite showing. They are very unprofessional. All my nails popped off 3 days later. I also called one day and try to make a nail appointment and the manager said she doesn’t do appointments on the weekend. So I got there early around opening time and the manager tells me after 3 hours or getting my pedicure that it’ll be another hour I then asked why because I was the 3rd person there and she says it’s because she had personal scheduled appointments. This is not fair for customers at all. Please don’t waste your money guys.

Average. Go there if you have no other options available. They are always shorthanded and super slow. I came back home with some botched nail work where I was charged for a manicure and they did not even remove the cuticles.

Honestly this was a really bad experience which is unfortunate as my dip was expensive but just didn’t come out right. They also talked to themselves the entire time, stopping to watch videos and then at the end weren’t sure how much to charge so they made it up on the fly. Will not be back.

I am not usually charged for the tips and some places will add $5 for the matte.
