I’ve been going to Marc at Black Label Saugus for about 6 months – I started going because I wanted to grow my hair out from a buzz cut to a medium length cut before my wedding and wasn’t sure about managing it and styling it in-between. Marc was able to give me the perfect cut and perfect fade every time as my hair got closer to the right length, and on my wedding day the cut was perfect!

Terrible entrance right on the highway. Hard to enter parking lot. My initial appointment got cancelled while I was already 20 minutes into driving. Barber(Marc Ferrara) who cut my hair only has 1 year exp and gave me a horrible haircut. Took a whole hour to do a simple taper cut which takes 10-20 minutes then when I didn’t like it he said he didn’t have enough time to fix it. Didn’t refund me after. Needs to be fired asap.

Very unprofessional. I like how businesses charge you for canceling within 24 of your appointment but there are no repercussions for the other way around.
