Critical: ProfessionalismWith their quick response to fix my nails I had returned to the nail salon and thinking they were going to be helpful. NO they were the opposite with VERY POOR customer service. I wanted them to be taken off and wanted a full refund. The owner her self, CINDY was very unprofessional and disrespectful. With their quick response to fix my nails I had returned to the nail salon and thinking they were going to be helpful. NO they were the opposite with VERY POOR customer service. Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, QualityIt was my first time there, did a walk-in and was seated to soak while staff worked at pedicure stations. The place is bright and clean and the Covid practices were awesome. The first thing they had me do wash wash my hands, all staff were masked or double-masked, and every station had a clean plexiglass divider. I don’t know the name of the woman who worked on my feet other than I caught that she has a 27-year old daughter, but I liked her and by the time I left, I had the feet of someone younger and less exhausted. It was my first time there, did a walk-in and was seated to soak while staff worked at pedicure stations. The place is bright and clean and the Covid practices were awesome. The first thing they had me do wash wash my hands, all staff were masked or double-masked, and every station had a clean plexiglass divider.
