The first picture is what I asked for, the second is what I got. I went in two weeks prior, got awful nails and decided maybe they had an off day. So went back in and this is what I got! And yes, she cut me multiple times and now there’s blood under my acrylic nail!!! The acrylic is covering my cuticles and attached to my skin. I went back in after I mustered up the courage, the lady started raising her voice causing a scene telling me it was my fault! She made me actually break down in tears and I decided I’ve given them way too much money in the past month and will not be going back there nor will I recommend this place to literally anyone. I’ve never been treated so horribly while spending so much money. I take my daughter in for her nails too when I go and we spend at least $100 every two weeks. Don’t go there if you want nice nails. I now have to soak off another set of nails from them and so much money down the drain

I went to this place before and the people there were really great so I made another appointment about 4 months later. I didn’t know that they had changed owners and the girl I got Could hardly speak English. I tried to show her what I wanted on my nails just a simple tip with glitter she didn’t know how to do that I showed her more pictures and she Said OK OK I do for. She put the tips on and they were so crooked and I asked her about it and she said You no worry I fixed for you. She got to the point where she was getting frustrated because I was trying to show her how to do it and she kept talking in her language to the other girl that spoke a little bit better English and was laughing at me I wanted to get up and walk out right there but I was already halfway through and wanted to give her the benefit of the doubt. at the end when she put the clear coat on I put my hand in the light to set the gel and ask for another coat because it was still looking very dull she wouldn’t do it I asked her 3 Times and at that time when she told me no and the other girl said no she doesn’t want to do it I decided I’d had enough. fabulouFor those of you that are used to the old owners at fabulous now be careful they are all new people and not very experienced if you look at the license on the wall it’s less than a year. I should have known better.

Critical: ProfessionalismI had my first and last appointment here today at Fabulous Nails. I’m visiting from out of town and simply went on my daughter’s referral since she’s a regular at this nail salon. Leon was pleasant, spoke very good English and everything was good until he started saying my appointment was taking more than an hour (because my gel was thicker than he’d like and took a bit more time to remove) and how he/salon was loosing money if appointments went more than an hour (total appt time was 1.5 hrs which is normal for me). WHAT?!?! He mentioned it 3 times and I even replied “it’s about quality not quantity” which seemed like went in one ear and out the other and disregarded my comment. I was shocked! To make a new customer feel unimportant and like a number is disrespectful and extremely unprofessional! …and the quality was definitely shy from where I normally get my nails done back where I live, outside of CA!! I had my first and last appointment here today at Fabulous Nails. I’m visiting from out of town and simply went on my daughter’s referral since she’s a regular at this nail salon. I visit at least once a month for a pedicure. I really enjoy how they take their time and don’t rush through the pedicure. They also massage your legs and feet, a major plus for me. My girls get their nails done here also eyebrow waxing. Employees are always friendly and accommodating.

Went to Fabulous Nails to get a clear gel manicure and they did such an amazing job! I don’t know my manicurist’s name but she really listened to what I wanted and took her time to clean my nails and cuticles to perfection. She did a very clean job and did not get any polish on my fingers. Would highly recommend coming to this nail salon! They have a lot of color selection as well and very clean!
