Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueI’ve always have had a great experience until the last time Kim had a smart mouth with me when I asked about a color, after the last time I came in and a girl asked about the same color no problems when she asked, but as soon as I said it oh I don’t know what u talking bout you tell her why tell me. With the rudest look and walk off took everything in me to hold my composure. The lady that did my nails I didn’t like the job that she did and she keep trying force colors on me I didn’t want. And mike was no help when I asked him he said oh I don’t know nothing bout no colors u can look at that the colors we have on the walls. But when I came in before and the girl asked about the same color and everyone magically knew something about a color then. I’ve always have had a great experience until the last time Kim had a smart mouth with me when I asked about a color, after the last time I came in and a girl asked about the same color no problems when she asked, but as soon as I said it oh I don’t know what u talking bout you tell her why tell me. Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueI got my nails done on 10/28/21 and the very next day 10/29/21 my top coat peeled off and the polish was chipping. I went back and showed Mike the tech that did them and he said he could only replace the top coat mind you that my polish was chipping. I guess he wanted my chipping polish to shine. Mike seems to only deal with certain people like most professionals do they all have their picks and choosers I guess everybody money isn’t the same. I got my nails done on 10/28/21 and the very next day 10/29/21 my top coat peeled off and the polish was chipping. I went back and showed Mike the tech that did them and he said he could only replace the top coat mind you that my polish was chipping. I guess he wanted my chipping polish to shine. Critical: ProfessionalismLady in second chair was very very rude. Wanted to argue with me when i told her she was burning my skin staying in the same spot. Then when i got ready to pay she tried to over charge me when all i got was a basic manicure with gel polish which is 30 for full set and 10 for gel polish the sign was posted clearly with prices and she still wanted to argue. Lady in second chair was very very rude. Wanted to argue with me when i told her she was burning my skin staying in the same spot. Then when i got ready to pay she tried to over charge me when all i got was a basic manicure with gel polish which is 30 for full set and 10 for gel polish the sign was posted clearly with prices and she still wanted to argue.
