Critical: Quality, ValueThe facility is clean, however, the service was poor quality. I received service from a female nail technician (did not get her name) and I am disappointed regarding the service that was received (see photos). I asked for a simple Gel Manicure and the end result was a splotch polish and a chipped nail. In addition, as the nail tech buffed my nails she watched TV. The facility is clean, however, the service was poor quality. I received service from a female nail technician (did not get her name) and I am disappointed regarding the service that was received (see photos). I asked for a simple Gel Manicure and the end result was a splotch polish and a chipped nail. In addition, as the nail tech buffed my nails she watched TV. Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueI’ve been using Michael for over 10 years and now that he’s at Wax & Nail, he’s more relaxed and the quality is much better because of it. Him and Tiffany are doing a great job of updating this location! I’ve been using Michael for over 10 years and now that he’s at Wax & Nail, he’s more relaxed and the quality is much better because of it. Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueVery first time coming here and VERY last! When my mom and I walked in we were already given dirty looks. The lady who was going to initially do my nails argued with me on whether I had gel, powder or solar on my nails. I told her I wanted a soak off and a new set. She stood there and gave the impression that she didn’t want to do my nails. She then passed me off to someone else (a male). He gave me attitude the entire time. He asked me which color I want & before I could respond he says, “ma’am which color!?” I asked him to give me a second because I didn’t know. My mom had to bring the book over to me to look at the options they had. I initially wanted a full set and pedicure.
