they were nice and my toes look great but my manicure seems as if the color was wiped off? not to mention they painted over my cuticles which just looks messy. the color is patchy and for the price it wasn’t done well enough :/

The one star is a courtesy. Frankly, I would not refer anyone here again. The absolute worst customer service in SWFL. I had an appointment for a fill/pedi with Jennifer (fill only) and not only does she run horribly late, but today, she pretended like I did not have the appointment (although I received a text confirmation). Long wait times with Jennifer. Shoddy service (I have had several issues with polish and nails falling off).

Everytime I come here, they find a reason NOT to provide service to me. So, Today, I come in for just a polish change and one fix (I was never asked what I’d like done) but, immediately the owner, Jennifer tells one tech “your next appointment is anybody”. She repeats it two more times- before she then asks her if she hears her. The tech finally replies, “I hear you” while rolling her eyes. Mind you, I’m the only one in the waiting area and the color of my skin is clearly not necessary to mention. If I wasn’t pressed for time and thought I could make it to my CHOICE SALON 30 minutes away (Studio Nails on Del Prado) without being late to lunch with my fiancé- I would NOT be here. The service is basic and the customer service the WORSE.!! I’ve still not been asked what I’d like done today…20 mins later.!!!

Place seems like it has a nice atmosphere, would have loved to actually get a chance to get my nails done but they told me 20 minutes which was fine, I was a walk in, no big deal and then two other women walked in after me (also just walk ins) clearly they were regulars. One tech was working on someone and said she’d be done in 10 minutes then she’d take me, then she walked up and took someone else. Then 15 minutes later the other customer that walked in after I did was brought to someone desk and told her tech would be with her shortly. So 40 minutes after being told 20 minutes and after two other people were taken before me I just left. I’d consider going back but would absolutely make an appointment
