Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Quality, ValueThis place was awful. Told me it was $55 for pedicure and gel manicure, charges my card. Then says I owe $10 more because they did the math wrong. I had to repaint both my toes and nails when I got home. Such a waste of time and money. I don’t think the woman who did my nails had an actual nail license and the language barrier was impossible (which is fine but I couldn’t communicate anything), she also cut my cuticle enough to make it bleed. I gave her a $25 tip to be kind, but then they end up charging me more!? Lol don’t go here, there’s much better places. Also, the cheapest pedicure was $30… I’ve gone places where I could get one for $25. This place was awful. Told me it was $55 for pedicure and gel manicure, charges my card. Then says I owe $10 more because they did the math wrong. I had to repaint both my toes and nails when I got home. Such a waste of time and money. Critical: Professionalism, ValueVery unprofessional , rude and not friendly I went to nail spa in Cherrydale because my grandmother gave me a nail certificate for them for Christmas, normally i don’t go there. I go in show him a picture of what I wanted and told him i wanted straight nails not the curved ones so as he’s filling my nails he would rub my actual finger , i told my self that was a red flag to begin with. So he proceeds to putting the tips on my nails and two of them where crooked. So I asked him politely to please fix my nail, he told me “no that’s your finger” !! Like literally we proceeded to argue about my nail being crooked then he finally took it off and “fixed it” so once he does the length I want I go to check it and my nails where curved! I then asked him if they where straight or curved nails and he says “listen is you want nails like this go where they did this picture” I was otp with my gma so she heard the whole thing he then told me to get out . I will not be back and I will tell everyone I know too never go there ! Very unprofessional , rude and not friendly I went to nail spa in Cherrydale because my grandmother gave me a nail certificate for them for Christmas, normally i don’t go there.
