Critical: Professionalism, PunctualityI am amazed at several of the good reviews. I’m not one to complain but they definitely did not have it together today. I had to wait close to 45 minutes to even get a chair for a pedicure. Then another 30 minutes and still no water in the bowl. I was very surprised at how many customers they had to turn away because the wait is so long. I would never have come here if I had known the wait was was so long. The employees were very slow and had no quarrels about people having to wait so long. I guess it pays to read the Google reviews. I wasted my whole afternoon. Very disappointing experience.Well after waiting all this time they decided to put another customer ahead of me. I politely asked why they said he was ahead of me. I told them no I was sitting in the chair when he walked in. They had no clue. This was the worse nail place experience I have ever had. If you like being treated like this then this is the place for you.After a 2 hour fiasco I finally just left. I am amazed at several of the good reviews. I’m not one to complain but they definitely did not have it together today. I had to wait close to 45 minutes to even get a chair for a pedicure. Then another 30 minutes and still no water in the bowl. I was very surprised at how many customers they had to turn away because the wait is so long. Critical: Professionalism, ValueI would not recommend this place for anyone. The owner is a married couple, the husband is greedy and extremely misleading. He walks around in all this designer attire, adding services that are unneeded to unto customers bills. I took my daughter there for dip nails and I got dip and a pedicure. Somehow my total ended up being over $200 I wondered why it was so high but paid and left. I went to get my nails at another nail salon and was told I did not have dip, I was informed that I was lied to and that it was acrylic instead on my nails, and had to pay xtra to take it off.I went back to this place to ask why was I lied too and dig into seeing why my. I’ll was so high, come to find out he added charges for service l so did not receive, so I was owed a refund instead of apologizing for the situation and being lied too, the wife just gave me a refund of what I was owed and walked off like I did something wrong.Services: Pedicure, Dip powderI would not recommend this place for anyone. I would not recommend this place for anyone. The owner is a married couple, the husband is greedy and extremely misleading. Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, QualityMarjorie took time and did a wonderful job on my pedicure. It wasn’t rushed and I was able to actually relax. The salon was clean and spacious. I will definitely be going back in the near future!Service: Pedicure

I said okay I’m gonna do something for myself today.So.. I came in looking for the owner bc that’s who my mom normally sees— but him and his wife are both off today.Fortunately there was a lady available— her name was Anne. She was so sweet and absolutely willing to work with me in my complicated and in decisive ways. My nails turned out absolutely beautifully. I recommend going to anyone who lives in the Columbus area that needs a fix for their nails or even maybe someone to talk to while they’re doing something for themselves because it’s very easy not to put ourselves first in the world we live in these days.
