Walked in here at 3:46 pm. There was one customer in the salon. The owner didn’t even acknowledge me and I very nicely requested a pedicure. She didn’t even look up from the customer she was working on and said “I don’t have any appointments available.” Rude customer service, especially since they advertise WALK INS ARE WELCOME.

I took my mother because we had a groupon. The customer service is terrific. The ladies know exactly what we needed. The colors for the nails are wonderful. Prices seem reasonable. And the area is beautiful. Nice place, everything looks new, air conditioned and relaxing.

It was ok, the girl I had didn’t seem friendly. She didn’t even say hi when I say down. I asked for coffin shaped nails but she just ended up giving regular square nails. Also before the first receptionist left, before I picked my color she told me which ones would be changed more (loose glitter) and so she picked a regular gel glitter polish for me, she was very helpful. But when she left and the other receptionist came and I was about done with my nails she came up me and told me they were going to charge me like $3-4 dollars because it’s glitter nail polish. I’ve never been charged for getting gel glitter polish anywhere else. I don’t know if they were trying to take advantage of me but I wasn’t about to argue while the salon was full. Anyways the girl who did my nails did do a very clean job but this is not the nail place for me.

So few months ago I came here for my pedicure and I had a very painful nail I was told by my doctor that I need to take the whole nail out Ana did my pedicure and since then she is the only one that I trust it’s been few months and she fixed my nail no pain no need to lose my nail thank you so much for being awesome.

New to town and found this lovely place through Groupon. Will definitely be my go-to nail salon going forward. Bought the Groupon for a regular mani pedi and upgraded to the gel. Got my first set done on July 1 just before vacation, they have lasted until this week (7/22) when they started lifting. Love the intimate salon and all the girls were friendly. Found out they also do waxing, will try that out this week as well.
