This was our first time at this spa. I took my 84 year old mother to have her first manicure ever. The man who helped her was so kind, gentle and very nice. The salon is has all new furniture, beautiful chairs, well decorated and clean. All staff members were wearing masks and all of the clients. The pedicure spa chairs are top quality and clean. We both had our nails done. The spa pedicure was only $26! Men out there, this is a great idea for a gift for the special ladies in your life.

I’ve been here around 10 times in the past year and it really is either a GREAT experience or a HORRIBLE one. I’ve been cut here (cuticle) 3 times, 2 of which were so bad I almost passed out and stopped the service immediately because I could not continue (still had to pay full price though). The staff did put anti septic on it but I feel like the environment here is really rushed and hectic rather than relaxing. Will not be returning, it’s not worth the risk.

A bit bummed by my experience. I had a party of 3 come in for manis and pedis. It was easy to make an appointment which was nice, but when we got there were were all separated across the salon. I get it sometimes you’re crazy busy and it has to happen, but there was literally a nail tech sleeping in one of the pedi massage chairs. You all go to get your nails done together for s girls day! We attempted to chat (we are a very calm bunch) and we each got yelled at by our tech that they couldn’t focus on our nails when we were talking. A bummer but it is what it is.

This is the ONLY nail salon I will go to Long the owner is 100% Amazing. I am stopped at least 5 times a day to say how beautiful my nails are. Gorgeous work, fabulous staff , great pricing , impeccable service. You truly cannot go wrong if you go to this salon. #1 in all aspects.

Terrible salon! The owner, Long, is beyond rude!! They have you make an appointment but never run on time. The gal that was doing my nails was always running late. I’ve waited 20-30 minutes past my appointment time. I have continued to go to this salon because the gal I see was very good with my ingrown nail. My last appointment they didn’t even have the courtesy to call and tell me my gal was out sick. I had an appointment today and I called 30 mins before my appointment to see if my gal was running late or if I should come in a little later. The way the owner spoke to me was disgusting. He was angry I called and said he was annoyed. He told me she would start on time and “I’d better not be late”. I am ALWAYS on time for my appointments yet I sit and wait long after my scheduled time. Shame on you Long. Do NOT go to this salon!! RUDE, unprofessional and HORRIBLE customer service!!!

Beautiful spa like salon with clean comfy chairs. Very upscale massage chairs. Everything was clean and plexiglass dividers allowed the close proximity of technicians and customers. Friendly staff who engage with customers and create a fun environment. Kha took care of me making sure I had lots of optoons to choose from. Ombre full set & spa pedicure came out beautifully. Birthday nails are a success!
