Im giving them a 3. Why? Well where to start.. hmmm. First the long wait because you cannot make an appointment as it is first come first serve. So unless ur ready to wait for 2 hours this place is bot for you. The staff is friendly enough and listen as if you gad a drink in front of you. The bad, besides the wait its the hair cuts that seem like the same old thing even when you want to shake things up a bit. Dont fet me wrong if your not looking to change your hair style you be right at home but if your looking for someone to notice you had your hair done or to turn a few heads when dont wait to long cuz its bot going to happen. If you want a decent hairstylist, do not go here. I took my brother in to get a haircut and the lady who did his hair, (short hair, piercings, worst attitude you could ever get), was jus plain out rude to me. I showed her what he wanted for a hair cut, she said with the snippiest attitude “you do know that’s photo shopped right?” Well duh! He’s young, he picked it out. I kept talking to him when he was getting it cut, and she kept talking over me and belittling me. This is not the first encounter I’ve gotten with her, last time I got my hair cut she did my hair and she completely ruined it! Went to a 1 on my sides when I said to go to a 2! You may be LGBTQ but you do not have to belittle other members of the community. I would not recommend this place.

STAY AWAY!! They completely ruined my hair. I have never had an issue at any location besides this one. First mistake she made was not asking me what I wanted done or how much I wanted cut off. I like my sides faded or short with it blended towards the top. I like my top long enough to style. I’ve had this style for years. It works well for me. She starts cutting and trimming the sides before asking how long I wanted the sides or top. Trimmed all the way up the sides and cut part of the top of my hair, because she did not separate the top from the sides. She cut my hair how it laid on my head without combing or pining it up. The damage was done before I even had a chance to stop her. She quietly fixed her mistake by trying to match the hair length with the rest of my hair. Now one side is longer that the other, the hair on the sides of my head is not even short enough. She didn’t even apologize when I pointed out to her that that was way too short and after I asked what she was doing. I am a working professional around people the entire time I am working. This hairstyle I was given is a joke and I cannot style it how I have. I trusted Great Clips and they let me down. Even made me pay for this disaster. What a joke.

So I was looking to get a hair cut. I called the Lake Delton Great Clips. After the phone rang several times before answered, the person who answered had the worst unprofessional response that I’ve heard in a long time. They said hello then I asked if it was Great Clips, they then answered yep. How does a buisness get customers with that kind of phone etiquette? How very rude!
