If I could leave 0 stars I would. I got my nails done Sunday 03/20 and Monday 03/21 I had polish chipped away on 3 nails. Couldn’t make it there Monday because I work 6am till 10pm so I went Tuesday, they fixed it but today Wednesday 03/23 the same exact thing is happening again. I paid $100 there is absolutely no reason for this to be happening. The whole visit was a nightmare. I asked why he wasn’t putting the acrylic in some spots and he got mad. Then the lady couldn’t even paint my nails without having major difficulty and repainted them 3 times. I will NEVER go back to this salon even if it is the only one open and has some super special prices. The worst nail salon I’ve EVER been to.

i’m not saying that the every experience will be like this but i just went yesterday and when i got my nails the employee put a very thin layer of acrylic on my longer nails.. this made them crack every time I touched something it seems like. Two of my nails finally broke off and i overall did not feel like it was worth it. definitely recommend that u make sure all ur needs/wants are meet before paying.

I came back to have my big toe nails fixed because they did not dry well the day before, and the guy did not even bother to take off the nail polish and just put some more on top. That was such lazy work. I would have paid to have them fixed. Pedicure

Had a young and and unfriendly guy named Richard. He rushed the whole process. The lady that was there before was still there when I left. He did not trim and push back the cuticles well probably because they were not soaked well enough which was apparent when I got out of the store into the sunlight. The badly trimmed cuticles were really accentuated by the polish. I could have done a job like this at home. I got the gel polish so now I am stuck with it for while. Didn’t have time to go back in. I was leaving on a trip. If I return I will refuse Richard. A manicure is supposed to be enjoyable not rushed and disappointing.

This is the only place I go to get my nails done! I do recommend making an appointment because they are always busy but they are busy for a reason and that is because they do fantastic work. Sometimes you may have to wait however once they start working on you it doesn’t take long at all. I have used almost every employee there and they are all equally talented. Highly recommend!

I went here for the first time, I chose “Nail Pro” because the reviews seemed pretty good compared to other nail salons in Jeffersonville. However, I will not be going back EVER again lol. I don’t get pedicures very often and when I do I’m normally a “basic-pedi” kinda girl, just give me the cheapest one and I’m thrilled. But this time I was ready to go all out. I had just gotten done working 12 days in a row and kept telling myself “once I finish work I am going to treat myself to the most expensive, boujee pedicure they have to offer.” I was sorely disappointed to find out 5 minutes into my pedicure that they do not offer a variety of pedicures, they only offer one that lasted literally 10 minutes and the lady was rude to me the entire time. I asked her to please not cut my nails, only file. She grabbed the clippers despite my request and cut my nail so short that it is honestly a little painful. To top it all off, when I went to pay I found out that they do accept discover card. I had no idea, they have no signs up or anything to let customers know. Of course I had only brought enough cash with me to leave a tip so I then had to go to Kroger, get cash, and come back. It was the complete OPPOSITE of the relaxing experience I was hoping for. Not to mention they had a very small selection of nail polish that all looked old and expired. Do not waste your time or your money on this place!!!

This place is great! Was looking for a new nail salon after moving to Jeff and this was an awesome choice. I have never had to wait longer then 10 minutes as a walk in! The staff is very friendly and the space is very clean and tidy. 10 out of 10 would recommend. Pedicure, Gel manicures
