Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Quality, ValueKayla did a fantastic job on my nails today; she didn’t rush and was super meticulous. She made sure to ask my opinion every step of the way so I left with exactly what I wanted. I’m super impressed and pleased with her work.However, on Monday’s this salon is impossible to reach. They do not answer the phone and keep their door locked, making it impossible to get any service done. This has happened on more than one occasion. Critical: ProfessionalismI Called To Get Me & My Daughter and appointment for 6 Today Because My Daughter Gets Off At 5 pm So coming from Sevierville Depending On Traffic We Could Be There By 6! The Lady That Answered The Phone Was Very Rude!!! She said NO Were Not Going To Be Able To Do It At All, I Asked Why? She just said I’m sorry were Not Going To Be Able To Do It!!! Very Good n professional This would Have Been our first time Here & Now Our last Time! I’m sorry But I Will Spend My Money Somewhere else! That Drive To Morristown isn’t a problem, Just wish We Could Have found a good Nail place In Jefferson City Closer To Us! Now y’all this was just our experience, Don’t want you to not give them a try, maybe your experience will Be Better I saw there reviews were very good! That’s why I Was going to come here today!
