Not thrilled with the service I received. Gel manicure was so thinly applied, I can see through. Bumps and ridges on several nails. Nicked my cuticle. Polish not applied to edges of nails. Won’t return and don’t recommend Pedicure, Gel manicures

I could tell the guy had an attitude when she changed her mind. I thought about telling her No when he walked over and and flipped the armrest from under her without saying excuse me. Horrible. My mom decided at the last minute she wanted to get her nails done after her pedicure. I could tell the guy had an attitude when she changed her mind. I thought about telling her No when he walked over and and flipped the armrest from under her without saying excuse me. However, I kept my composure because I did not want to be “the angry customer”.. Did I mention we went last Thursday June 18th to get our nails done and my nails look HORRIBLE and today is Wednesday June 24th.

This has easily become my nail spot. The main thing that turned me off about K Nails is the fact that I never had the same person doing my nails. Well, thats not a problem here. Stephen is the BEST and he takes his time doing my nails as if I am his only customer even though he has plenty of people behind me. I like the fact that you have to make an appointment so there is never too many people in there at once. I highly recommend Ann’s over the new VSL and definitely K Nails.

I have been going to Ann’s Nails for about 6 months now and have not had a single bad experience. They are friendly and pay attention to details…I am particular when I get the pink and white dip (I like the white a certain way) and I always leave happy with beautiful nails! I have even taken my daughter for a manicure and she loved it and wants to go again. I recommend them to everyone! 🙂

I originally got my coffin nails done here. I went back on 2/11 to get a fill in. On 2/13, one nail cracked & broke off. I went back that day and the lady told me they would fix it. The wait time would was an hour long but I had to pick my daughter up from school. So I came back on 2/13 & the manager was RUDE and told me that I would have to pay $5 to fix it. Okay..so as I sat down to let the lady repair the nail, I ask him when would the owner be in. He told the tech to stop working on me and that they would never service me again. I politely got up & left.

They were quick, but I found out why: Only got gel, no cuticle work, no hand care, not really a manicure. the technician didn’t fully file, and the no-chip chipped when the jagged edge caught on something

This was my first manicure since moving to this area. I was apprehensive to try a new salon; however, I was very pleased with my gel nails. She took her time and did a quality job. I appreciated her putting on two coats instead of one like some salons try to do. Thank you.

AWFUL EXPERIENCE! Save your money ! I spent 50$ for my nails to get done and I had designs on two of my fingers. I spent 2 hours at this place and had to wait forever by this point. when they finished I walked out and 30 mins later all the gem stones fell off! I went back that day they were closed. Came back the next day and waited another hour because they were so busy! they refused to just take me right when I showed up. Turns out the guy who did them never put nail glue on them. Also they charge for everything. The nail shape is 10$ extra, gems 5$ extra for each finger, and 5$ extra different colors. worse place ever my nails broke after only 8 days of having them. They use cheap nail products.
