Love this place! They do a fantastic job and I am always happy with my nails. Very clean, relaxing atmosphere. Friendly and great customer service. So I got a full set from Julie and she was careless and didn’t clean up her work, I had gel on my cuticles, asked for coffin and she left them square, BUT I decided to give her a second chance and went in for a fill after two weeks. I asked her to please clean and file around so I didn’t have acrylic stuck underneath my nails and gel on my cuticles, she insisted on rhinestones claiming they wouldn’t fall off for weeks; 3 days later they fell. The fill was also poorly done and when I asked her to fix a few nails she got upset and started speaking in Vietnamese to her colleague. She’s rude and I can see why she doesn’t have customers. Honestly the One star that I’m giving them is because of Anthony, I came in the morning one day and he gave me one of the best pedicures I’ve had but I would never go here ever again to get anything done besides a pedicure from Anthony. Julie is always on her phone and careless with her work, it’s no wonder her business is always empty. DO NOT GO HERE. Save your money and go elsewhere or you’ll be disappointed.

Came here as a last resort due to my normal salon being closed for Memorial Day. The service was AWFULL mail lady would BOT paint my nails the color I was requesting. She coped a big horrible attitude. Nail lady would not do designs, simple stickers.. I was told to go home and repaint them myself. All my nails are uneven and GAUDY. I have my kids graduation to go to and this is very embarasing. I wouldn’t ever go to this salon. Two other women were getting pedicures they were asking for new clean foot tools. They got yelled at. I was also getting yelled at for wanting pink colored nails. The worst service ever this place should be shut down.

Place charges 30 bucks for a polish change!Absolutely ridiculous. Stay away! Other places in Naperville charge way less! Not to mention she is only 12 years old. Oh I will NEVER return! I should have known based of stars and reviews. I won’t be back!

I asked for a manicure for my natural nails. I wanted my nails shaped and cleaned up. The older lady there filed across the top of my nails, buffed them and proceeded to apply the bottom coat. I asked why hadn’t she shaped them, she felt filing across the top was shaping them. I asked what about the sides of my nails. She did a few of the nails. At that point I said never mind about the color nail polish I’d chosen, just put clear on and I’ll be on my way. I don’t know if nail shops are so used to doing acrylic, gel and dipped nails so often that they no longer know how to do natural nails. My nails were left uneven and jagged. Very disappointed!

Took my husband for a pedicure for the first time and they did an amazing job. We went early for his comfort since it’s not busy at this time. The man and woman working were very kind and fun loving. It was a great experience and they did amazing work on his feet that needed alot of love.
