Praise the LORD for QUYEN! Quyen fixed my hair! she was so nice, and patient. She made my hair beautiful for my grad photos! I had gone to LeShay Salon in Irvine TWICE so they could fix it. LeShay Salon is supposed to be “curly hair specialists” and they did all kinds of wrong to my hair! BUT, by the grace of God, Quyen was there for me and absolutely fixed my hair! it looks GORGEOUS! Quyen is my forever stylist! My hair hero! LESSON LEARNED: going to a fancy salon with a ‘specialist’ often ends in a NIGHTMARE. Why spend all that money when Quyen is at Great Clips?

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueI was there to donate my hair. They seemed to have no idea which organization they donate which is so contradicting against the website’s claim. The hair stylist was in a hurry and seemed to not know good hair cut techniques. I let he rcut 12 inches for donation and then asked to make the rest of t hair better and she made it worse and i have a business lunch coming soon. My hair is bob and short that i cant make any amends now.
