Trying the salons around me to see which will be best and the one I wanted for a particular gel nail style wasn’t open today…. I came here for a gel manicure. Not sure of lady’s name but she wasn’t personable at all and was a little rough pushing back my cuticles. I have polish on my skin, small dent at tip of a nail, polish missing in certain spots on a few nails. I wear my nails square but some are slightly rounded. I only paid because I was super tired and needed food. I can cross this place off my list, I will not be returning

I have no idea how this place has so many good reviews. Not sure why it’s called nail “palace”, it looks like an empty office space with tables in it. Not a single picture on the wall or anything to make you feel like you were in a palace. I came in on a Friday night and there was only 3 people working and they were each working with someone. I kind of felt like I was an inconvenience when I walked in but I was there so I wasn’t leaving. The girl must of just had a baby and had it in the back with her mom so you could hear it crying. The other customers there must be regulars since they were going back there to see the baby. Weird. I had to wait like half an hour to get my nails done. The young man that did my nails was very nice and polite. I got gel nails and they were already smudged and ruined before I got home. So either they use the wrong polish or their light heater thing doesn’t work. My nails didn’t feel thick like they should… They just felt like I had nail polish on. With that being said, my real nails started breaking and cracking a few days later. I ended up having to take the polish off and cutting off my real nails to let them heal. My one nail is so thin it’s pink. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

I would love to have a nail salon actually be relaxing. It was nice and quiet in the salon…until the kid in the back started crying. Later, the lady brought him out into the salon area and talked and talked and made noises at him. It’s also in desperate need of new chairs. Yuck! Pedicure, Manicure

Great place for a mani /pedi. Very clean and they do excellent work. They offer gels, powders, nail art, etc, so don’t hesitate to call for an appt. I’ve been going there for 11 years now.
