This was my first time at Scott Miller and my experience with Brittany was wonderful. She was willing to listen and understand what I was looking for to do with my hair, kept checking to make sure she was doing what was expected and always asked if she could do something before doing it. Also a very welcoming and pleasant person to chat with. She talked about different ways to style my hair and recommended me products at the store. I’m very happy with the results and the overall experience. Will be definitely coming back!

Lindsey is a top stylist and the most accommodating and gracious Cosmetologist in the profession, that I have had the pleasure to sit in for a haircut with!! Caitlin is an amazing hairstylist! She is great at listening to what you want. She will also tell you the pros and cons about the particular style. She always delivers a perfect hairstyle. She is a perfectionist, so not one hair will be out of place! She is also very friendly and easy to chat with. If I could rate higher I would. Between Hair stylist,Irene and the colorist, Lauren it was a phenomenal experience. The passion and confidence in their abilities from both women was refreshing. Irene listened to what I was looking for and I asked her to use her talent and artistic ability to give me a flattering look. I have long dark and thick curly hair. It can be a challenge for most stylists. What she did literally brought tears of happiness to my eyes. I’ve never had that happen before. I’m mid-fifties so it’s been a long time coming. LOL It was a little embarrassing with the silent tears of joy but it says volumes to what Scott Miller invests into their employees with time and training. The entire staff that I engaged with was extremely professional and friendly. They were very welcoming and offered different products, suggestions and ideas to compliment my look. Kudos to the fabulous environment you’ve created. I will be a long time customer. Thank you.
