Going to this salon is definitely a hit or miss. Girls are nice and kind but you can tell when they are rushing your service to finish quick and go with the next customer. Sundays are the worst days to go here. I made an appointment in advance and still, they just don’t have enough staff. I understand that but there should be some respect for your time if you have an appointment over a walk-in. I got cuts all over my feet and hands. She didnt remove dead skin on my cuticles after applying power and liming with the little machine they use. She didn’t ask me to wash my hands before applying the finishing polish and putting my hands in the lamp. My hands were all dry and I only put them in the lamp for like 2 minutes. She had another customer and told me: You are done! after I asked if she was sure my hands were ready but she instead put tons of the cuticle oil they use. See for yourself, after that oil got dry.. They are not! Nails are thick and unfinished. My cuticles are a mess! I asked several times if she could do the Ombre nails in deep powder and she said yes to it with a nervous actitude. I rather being told they can’t and I would go for a different style or not taking my appointment if I am not going to get service I am paying for.

Critical: QualityTook my 10 yr old for a mommy and meSpa day. My pedicure was decent but they totally ruined my daughters nails. The lady was friendly but did a horrible job on her pedicure. Layers on top of layers! She didn’t even paint it on, she dabbed it on. Then she took my daughter to the seats for her manicure. Didn’t file or buff her nails. Again, dabbed on her nail polish. So to start out i am a licensed nail tech my self.i was in Orlando for a month and wanted to check out Thuc’s salon as I took his KC class. I didn’t have my acrylic brush or my portable drill on me so I needed just a full set of acrylics shaped, filed and buffed. I didn’t get a top coat or design because I had brought the rest with me. For just that I was charged $90 before I tipped and unfortunately I’m leaving this review because they started to lift after 6 days. Jennys work was very good in her shape was on point and her apex was great. But for a basic set at $90 to only last 6 days was disappointing. 🙁

From the cushion chairs, to the marble tile floors, to the hanging chandeliers. My nails tech that approached me was the sweetest. Her name is Mia. She was very thorough with her job. My pedicure that included paraffin wax and a gel nail polish is perfect. She was also great with the massage. Oh and this place is clean inside and out. Which is a plus for me! I highly recommend! Im a visitor to the area. I did a walk in around 3p. I was instantly greeted. The interior of this facility is very beautiful and modern. From the cushion chairs, to the marble tile floors, to the hanging chandeliers. My nails tech that approached me was the sweetest. Her name is Mia. She was very thorough with her job. I went in for a manicure mainly for the care of my cuticles and nail bed than for any care on color. She took all of 10-15 minutes for the entire manicure. She was rough on my nails beds, two of my fingers feel raw and one bled a little. My nails were filed horribly, not evenly done at all. My cuticles still look like they haven’t been done. Nail polish on some of my fingers around the nail. Over all, a rushed job done with hardly any care at all.

I just got home and I can’t be more happy with my nails. I went there to have a daughter and mom day and both of us are really happy with the results. Maya and Leena did a great job and were sweet and really careful about everything. Maya personally was always checking if I liked my nails and we were chatting and laughing. I’m amazed, for sure I’ll come back.

Acrylic seems to be weak as multiple nails have broken (have been doing my nails for a straight year with no problems). 4 nails broke within a week. One nail bubbled up and peeled (even tho they were supposed to be gel polish) when I went in to get that fixed they didn’t follow the same pattern and rushed it.
