Had no clue this place allows reservations an hr before they open. When I went in at 10 am they were pretty busy and their sign said they weren’t to open until 11 am. They took me in without a reservation for powder nails. The gentleman that did my nails gave me exactly what I envisioned! I was offered some wine during my services which I enjoyed. I highly recommend this nail salon.

These are the pastel kawaii kirby nails of my dreams! I brought the kirbys with me but Pauline did all the real work. She is seriously amazing! I won’t go to anyone else, ever! This salon is really nice and they offer alcoholic and non alcoholic beverages. The front desk girl is so adorable and so friendly! Everyone is lovely and welcoming. But Pauline is my star!! Also pictured is my nails from 2 weeks ago that Pauline also did!!

What I love about this place is if your coming for manicures and pedicures they will have two ladies or gentlemen work on you at the same time. That way no time is wasted and your in and out of the salon. They also give you your tab like if your at a restaurant prior to check out that way there is no confusion on payment. Also the names of the workers who attended you are written on the tab that way you’re able to leave tip at the front desk for them to collect at the end of their shift. Instead of chasing the around the salon or disturb them while they are already attending another client. Also this place is kid friendly I bring my 10 year for a pedicure and she loves it and Kids pedicures are $20 can’t beat that. My favorite pedicures is the milk and honey. I come every 3 weeks.

Critical: Professionalism, QualityI am moved here 1 month ago. Was looking for a nail salon. I came to this salon because of convenience. My experience was horrible. The nail technicians are speaking their language which gave me the feeling that they were talking about me. The tech that did my gel nails did a horrible job. I chose OPI gel color. The bottle she used was sticky and almost empty. She didn’t clip my very visible hang nail, she didn’t cover the entire nail with gel polish. She started filing my nails without asking the shape I preferred. She didn’t wipe my nails with an alcohol swab which left my nails gummy and sticky. I am moved here 1 month ago. Was looking for a nail salon. I came to this salon because of convenience. My experience was horrible. The nail technicians are speaking their language which gave me the feeling that they were talking about me. The tech that did my gel nails did a horrible job. I chose OPI gel color. Positive: Professionalism, QualityMy daughter and I went here today and our nails are gorgeous, exactly what we asked for and showed pics of. I also got a pedicure and I highly recommend their heavenly pedicure , so awesome and John is the best! Came with an incredible massage, and for fingernails this is the first time I’ve ever had a new set and my nails weren’t sore after. Perfection, pricey, but perfection. My daughter and I went here today and our nails are gorgeous, exactly what we asked for and showed pics of. I also got a pedicure and I highly recommend their heavenly pedicure , so awesome and John is the best! Critical: QualityI took my daughter yesterday get a pedicure. By the time we got home her nail polish smeared off. I had to repolish them at home since homecoming is this weekend. I got a pedicure too. John said to remove the gel it would be $5 more. After he was done my heels felt like sandpaper. My feet are always soft and smooth. I also got a chrome dip manicure. The lady asked if I wanted my cuticles remove and normally everywhere else it’s part of the manicure so I said yes. And ofcourse $5 more. She cut my nails too short after I told her I didn’t want them short. They look so bulky. Today the skin around my nails hurt as if she cut too much. She didn’t clean off the excess. I had to do that at home. She was friendly and nice but I didn’t like my nails. I will not be going back. It was my first time trying them out. They are an establishment across the Irving area, which provides fantastic gel manicure, with almost any type of nail arts and designs. They take care well to their customer. To me, I was initially little dubious whether should I go for the dip powder gel manicure, then it was harder to select the design for the “Fall Art”. However, unlike any other parlors, when I showed them some designs, they immediately said, “Yes we can”. My design was time consuming, so 100$ for the dip powder, and designs, I think was worth it. Their service is is tidy, and people are nice over there. It’s in the heart of the Las Colinas, and area is more or safe, if girls are driving out in the night, after the service. Additionally, they offer complimentary drinks, which I love.

Today I had the most horrible experience the original lady who was doing my nails she left me with my hands soaking and started doing someone else nails which she did not say anything i ended up removing the nails off myself.
