Elsa is AMAZING. She really listened to my goals. The whole experience was very relaxing, even the salon space itself was super cute. She was transparent about the whole process, from the estimated cost to what she was adding/doing. She made sure I was comfortable the entire time, and by the time it was finished, it was everything I wanted. She also accommodated me despite my insane work schedule when she absolutely did NOT have to, which I love and appreciate immensely.
