We loved the salon, its so pretty and relaxing. But, very surprised by the cost for 2 children’s bio gel manicures over $120 plus tip!! I questioned the price and they told me that was correct. Won’t be able to there back there on a regular basis with my nieces. They did love the manicures they got.

Getting my nails done is supposed to be relaxing, but I definitely wasn’t relaxed here. Do not get Han. She is super rude and made me uncomfortable. I had to get my acrylics off for work and she kept pressing me to keep them and get them shorter. After I reiterated that I just wanted a gel manicure the room got more quiet than it already was. And she agreed to remove my acrylics. If I wanted to break every nail I had, I would’ve removed them at home. But no I paid for Han to literally rip the acrylics off of each nail (I thought they’d do the soaking method at least for being an expensive place). Anyway then come to what shape I’d like. I only do square/rectangle. Even with short, natural nails I don’t like round. But when I said square/rectangle Han said verbatim “No you can not do that you have to do round” I have never been told I couldn’t do the shape I wanted and I’ve been getting my nails done for years. I just wanted to stop her right there and walk out. I’m sticking to Nailywood Porter Ranch. The nail techs are way better there, really wanted to like this place.

It’s my second time stopping by and i’m obsessed with this place! The nail techs are all super sweet and social & my nails always look amazing! They gave me the best service. You can tell these nail technicians love what they do.. The salon is gorgeous & the vibes are always on point. Definitely my favorite salon in the area!

Two weeks ago i came from the vineyards because they completely messed up my nails so i came to nail garden to see if someone could fix my nails at this location and i saw there other locations on google so i decided to check this one out because of the atmosphere. I also decided to get a pedicure and the nail technician who did it was very disrespectful she kept stabbing my skin with her nails after i asked her to please stop then my foot kept hitting the light and i only wanted to help her but she said you don’t have to tell me how to do my job then she continued messed up my gel polish and then tried to cover up the mistake and what made it even worse the manager of the salon saw that the problem started to escalate and she didn’t even try to help. Then the receptionist went on to tell me that it was $40 for GEL POLISH AND THE MENU STATES 25 and she looks at me and says oh this is the wrong menu so your telling me you have false menus for your customers? By law you have to charge the price you have listed. I feel like they only target rich people I would not recommend this nail salon or the vineyards. My review is also posted on yelp and the owner reached out to try to now that the review is posted but didn’t try to descalate the problem the day of my appointment once again seems to me they don’t care about clients only reviews again i would not recommend.

I’ve come with my 10 year old daughter twice now to get pedicures and both times the front desk has been very friendly and my services were excellent. Plus it’s new and super clean. I highly recommend trying it!

If I could leave this place ZERO stars I would. I got an acrylic set and they were good until the top coat was put on. A THICK top coat which made my nails look ugly that the tech did on purpose. Not to mention the customer service is terrible.

Went into this location as it looked super beautiful on Instagram. I checked the reviews and most seemed to be positive so I decided to give it a try. Wow do I regret coming here. Location is overbooked and very slow. My nail tech Amanda was so rude and seemed to care more about quantity over quality. These prices are expensive yet she was trying to rush through my package so she could get to other clients. I don’t completely blame her as this is on management. To make matters worse the manager despite knowing that I had a horrible experience kept bothering me to leave 5 star positive review. When I decline, she got more persistent to the point where I was uncomfortable. Finally, to get out of the situation I agreed and she said she was going to give me a discount on my total. Apparently I’m not the only person she is paying to leave reviews since Nelly the receptionist at this location is leaving reviews. Seems a little unethical so beware. I’m not sure what other unethical things they are doing at this place!

I walked by the nail salon after dinner… Immediately the nail salon caught my eye, everything looked so nice and beautiful. I even thought about having a mani and pedi over the weekend after a long week of work just to treat myself. The reason I gave 2 stars was because when I walked by after dinner, I told my bf that I wanted to go inside and grab a couple business cards from the nail salon. I walked in and right away I was greeted by the receptionist, she asked me what type of services I needed and I just told her that I was just stopping by to grab a couple of their business cards, her attitude changed right away when I told her that I just wanted to get some business cards. Her smile went from happy to serious all of a sudden. At that point I didn’t feel like coming back to the nail salon. I don’t think that’s a great way to bring business and customers in… Even my bf notice the attitude change on the receptionist and said that I should take my business somewhere else. It’s too bad, the salon looks so clean and beautiful and refreshing, but I don’t think I would want to step foot in there ever again!!!
