This salon is completely unprofessional. I scheduled an appointment at 3:30 and made it very clear that I had a tight window for a blow out. I Even confirmed the time I needed to leave the salon and I was assured they could handle it. When I arrived they were running 20 minutes behind schedule and didn’t bother to contact me. Not even an apology . They had the nerve to blame the client before me by stating she was 20 minutes late. Not my problem, I was on time! They did absolutely nothing from a customer service standpoint . It was my 1st time going there and I would never go there again nor would I recommend it to anyone!

The only reasonable aspect of my experience at this salon was the wait time, but there’s a reason they’re so empty! $70 for a cut without even a shampoo. And that’s really all it was-a cut. I left with my hair shorter, but with significantly less shape than when I went in (and my last haircut was for free by a salon student at Arrojo). It’s a few weeks before my wedding, and now I have to get my hair cut again just to correct this sad, lame mistake.
