Disappointing experience. Both nail technicians and receptionist were very kind but the cost for what you get here is a complete rip off. I did a basic manicure and pedicure that came out to $50. The water in the foot tub barely covered my feet, there was no hot towel, no drying station to ensure my nails are dry after. I was there for half hour tops. If you want the experience of getting a fast job and you have to be on the run maybe this place is for you. But for $50 you should be able to at least get the basics of a standard mani and pedi. The dead cuticles from my hands were put in the foot tub while my feet were still in there. When I expressed my disappointment to the receptionist she told me about the more expensive packages that would include the things I was asking for. Why do you have to pay more than $50 for a hot towel? Lol it seems like they do beautiful acrylic and design work so I think that’s the only reason to come here.

Please read if you are a potential new customer:: Honestly I liked this salon but today is the last and final time. In the past they have tried to be accommodating and do their best with the work they do. It is already more on the expensive side but I thought it was worth it. I had my nails done the day before and tried them longer than normal. I couldn’t work properly so I called the next day (less than 24 hours) and ask if it was possible to have them shortened. I was STUNNED…speechless, when I was charged to file down the size of my nail because I wasn’t happy with the length of it. “This isn’t really happening ?” I thought to myself. I have a severe nail biting problem and have gotten nails done religiously for the past 7 years and every now and then I tried something new and wasn’t thrilled, I was NEVER once in those situations, charged. (They would only charge if it’s a reoccurrence or repetitive request). This was my first time requesting a change. My nails were already $90, they couldn’t file it for consideration. Lesson learned, hard but if it helps anyone: please find a nail salon and ask what their policy is on a fix EVEN if it’s just cause you weren’t 100% happy with it. I referred a friend and her sister. They will be canceling.

Gel mani was good. Not $50 good, but good. They only accept tips in cash which i found irritating as this is not the practice of most places. Don’t need a reason why just won’t be coming back. Atmosphere is super nice. That’s for sure what you’re paying for.

The last time I visited this pretty salon was a few weeks ago. Despite how nice they are, they are disrespectful of your time. Make sure you let them know that you need to be seen or be done by a certain time otherwise you will be stuck in their chaos. They must be overbook because I have gone several times already, as I believe in not judging my experience with just one time. Sadly, t has not changed with their respect of time, after waiting over 40minutes with an appointment my last visit in March.

I came here with my mom for pedicures. We absolutely fell in love with this location. Feels like you’re getting your pedicure done in an enchanted garden. So beautiful. And very clean. The pedicures came out beautifully! The manager was very helpful and welcoming. So looking forward to going again! Pedicure
