I had an amazing nail experience at Megan’s Nail Studio. Megan was so so sweet and wonderful to chat with. I initially didn’t know what I wanted, and she immediately pulled her phone out and showed me different colours/styles. She skillfully applied tips and painted my nails. The following day, she managed to squeeze me in because I had forgotten to get a pedicure. 10/10 for skill, service, conversation, and anything else I may have left out!

Went there for the first time today. Everything was great. Workers were extremely nice and friendly. Everything was clean. BUT the lady that did my pedicure could not understand a word that I said. Literally NO CLUE. This makes getting things how you want them extremely difficult.

Critical: ProfessionalismI went to this nail shop 15 minutes before they closed for a fillin and she told me they weren’t taking anymore because they closed at 7. She didn’t ask me what service I wanted or anything, meanwhile one of the workers sat in the pedicure chair on his phone. It would have taken 15 minutes to do the fillin.
