Firstly, I have been getting my nails done here since 2016, and loved the staff and experience almost every time. I went to this location on December 21, 2022 and had the most embarrassing and degrading experience I’ve ever had at any business whatsoever. I expressed multiple times that I didn’t want a pedicure that I just wanted my toes cut, filed, and painted with gel. I had regular polish on my toes prior to coming in. The lady doing my toes kept trying to do things I didn’t ask for,(scrub my feet, massage, hot towel, etc.), and I continuously told her I didn’t want it and she didn’t perform those services for me, since I told her I didn’t want them. Then, I was the first person in the pedicure chair to finish with their pedicure, and I waited for 20 minutes to be sat in the manicure chair. In that time, two women who came into the salon after me were sat before me in the manicure chair. I honestly wasn’t bothered I just asked if I had been forgotten about and she said no, and to sit in the manicure chair. After I finally got my acrylic set,(which included being told “You’re stressing me out” , a lot of toughness on my hands and fingers including making me bleed, and messiness throughout the entire process), I was over the experience and just wasn’t going to tip when I got my receipt. Normally, I would’ve already spoken up about the terrible customer service, but that day I had no energy or care to do so. I went to checkout and I stood there with my card on the counter waiting for someone to come to the desk. The lady who did my nails came over and took my card, charged it, and handed me a receipt for $95. I immediately asked how much the pedicure was because I know it’s usually $22 and that my nails are never more than $45. She told me the pedicure was $45. I told her it’s usually $22 and then she got the manager. The manager argued with me about what her workers did to my feet. She said it was my fault for not asking for a “color change”. She kept asking her workers in her language what she did to my feet. She claimed they were scrubbed, the cuticles were done, and the whole nine. I was so confused because NONE of that was done to my feet. Moral of the story, I’m supposed to be getting a $20 refund and the police will be called if I don’t. This is ridiculous.

i just got these done a week ago and one has already came off , they didn’t blend the nail tip to my nail. over all bad experience. the photo i showed him looks nothing like the nails i got . he was rushing and i paid 50 dollars for these. smh never going back #nailhorror Acrylic nails

Today I went in on last minute decision. The lady who did my nails was very nice because i was being picky about my french tips she still did not do it the way i wanted but it was okay. I went to go pay and my card declined but there’s was plenty of funds there i just used it at the car wash. I called the bank and they told me there was nothing holding on their side so it would be the card system in the store i proceeded to tell the owner and she told me i was a immature teenager who didn’t deserve to have her nails done. I am a 19 year old in college paying for all of her own things. I am very capable of doing things on my own. She insisted someone bring me money so i could leave, my mom lives in florida and my grandma can barley drive, im away at college. i tried to use my other card that i didn’t have on me. She would not let me use my credit card that i did not have with me but i had a picture with my name on it she refused to manually enter it. The lady behind me had to pay in cash also because her card did not work either. This proves her card system was down or something. she took a picture of my license and stated i had 2 days to get her money or i would be arrested. Im a very trustworthy woman. she was extremely rude, i’ve never been treated so rude. When i go into work all upset and red faced my boss ask about it and i explain. She then goes and pays for my nails and tells her how unprofessional it was. The lady said “i told her she could live if i got my money” i will not be back.

Very unsatisfied… went to get eyebrows done and i don’t know wht happened but I told her to even me up and she damn near waxed em off… evey time i go there they mess my eyebrows up and i have to wait 4 to 5 months b4 i can get another eye wax… not even, one smaller than the other… last time I visit with them… Facial treatments

Overall my nails LOOKED better on the top than anywhere else I’ve been, but I left with super glue on my fingers, and acrylic under the nail that wasnt sanded down. She also messed a nail up before I left, made 2 of my nails bleed, and at least 3-4 more were burning from where she trimmed my cuticles way too close. Just really sloppy and inconsiderate overall.

I usually love the work that they do but this time I hated every bit of the service. She rushed through my nails and they looked like my nephew put play dough on my nails. She even missed the side of my nails and I had to tell her to do them because she wanted to let me leave with half done nails. My dip was also so thick! It just looked horrible. That was a wasted $43 because I am having them redone somewhere else. She didn’t even clean up my fingers with all the residue that was left around my cuticles.This is the worst dip experience I have ever had. I am getting them redone with another business who has time to take care of it’s customer. This was just bad work!! I will never have her do my nails again!! I am so dissapointed in their service this time around.
