Today I came with Tracy and she was very kind and sweet this review is not for her at all. This review is for the owner Amber. I was one of the last customers of the night, there was no one else and I was trying to read my book while she was screaming in her language. When I realized she was screaming at Tracy. I’m not sure what happened or why it was happening but it is very unprofessional and uncomfortable to be in the middle of that conversation. And to see Tracy be humiliated in front of her customers. Even though I could not understand what she was saying, her tone was harsh and very loud.

I highly recommend this nail salon. It is so hard to find a good place these days. Tracy and Michelle were absolutely amazing. Tracy did my pedicure and cleaned my toes perfectly. The design and paint were spot on. Michelle did my nails and made the to last a long time and the paint was perfect. Everyone here are so friendly and professional. The salon is very clean and sanitized. They got me in right away after I experienced a bad pedicure from another place. I recommend this place and ask for Tracy or Michelle. I would give them 10 stars if I could!! Thank you for great service! ☺️

First of all, whatever you do, DO NOT book your appointment online. It doesn’t reflect their actual availability, which in my opinion completely defeats the purpose. I made an appointment earlier today, showed up at the scheduled time and they had no idea I had scheduled anything.

I made an appointment for two the day before and we waited 45 minutes to be tended to. We both had mani/pedis and all the did was paint our nails. No manicure or pedicure procedures. Then the woman had the gaul to charge me double color on my nails because I asked for the sparkle color. She put grey underneath and sparkles on top and charged me for two colors. She was just ripping me off because she knew she wasn’t getting a tip. Worse treatment I’ve had in all my years of getting nails done and I’m 65.
