I’ve been going to Supercuts in Berlin for many years and have always had a wonderful experience and there are always incredibly punctual. Unfortunately they are closed on Sundays so I tried the Rocky Hill one. I went online, like I normally do, and booked a 1:30 appointment for today. I got there at 1:28 and at 1:34 they took two different customers and not me. They never notified me of the delay nor apologized for the delay, quite unprofessional. I left and I won’t be back. But I will be going back to the Berlin one from now on.

I made an appointment online and didn’t know either of the stylist that were offered. Njie took great care of me and gave me a great cut. We enjoyed good conversation during my service.
