discusting. catorlina gave me the worst attitude. too much to say on a review but i’ve been a client about 4 times and never had this problem. told her what i wanted, did the complete opposite, and the manager later told me they couldn’t do medium length in sns, when that should’ve been told to be beforehand because i would’ve never had this problem, they still charged me for “‘active nails” when these are clearly short. nail tech was eating food, on the phone, and even put her hand to my face to wait 2 times. i told her specifically what i wanted in the beginning and like i said, it couldn’t be done and that should’ve been told to me in the beginning. didn’t even ask if the length was okay or what i wanted, just did what she wanted. also spoke bad about me in spanish thinking i wouldn’t understand but i clearly did. overpriced and not worth it!

The services that Carolina provided (gel manicure and acrylic nails) and Maria (gel pedicure) exceeded my expectations. Not only did they work with passion and attention to details, they made sure that i was comfortable and listened to my needs. Been coming here for almost 2 years and the service is always been top tier. Love that the services are by appointment. The comments below don’t make sense to me. How can someone put their hand in your face through plexiglass? Don’t believe the slander campaign with multiple reviews with pics of the same nails. Everyone is always friendly and does quality work. If there was ever a time I didn’t like something, which is very rare, they fix the problem right away.

The employees are so disrespectful. The one doing my nails were eating in my face then she told me to wait. I would be okay if she was eating before or after she did my nails but she did it during. The manager hanged up on me while I was asking to get my nails removed for the poor work they did.
