The general service was fine, the owner was very friendly. I got a regular manicure and polish. The second coat of my manicure didn’t cover the first; It looked really sloppy. In addition, my manicure barely lasted 2 days. I got it done Thursday at 4, and it was chipping by Friday night. I wanted them to look nice for Saturday evening when my best friend was getting engaged. Thank goodness I wasn’t the one getting engaged! Would have been even more upset.

This place used to be better. Now I don’t know what changed the staff or the management or what but I’m never going there again. They want to use the customer, they want as much money as possible and when you refuse their 50 dollar offer for nail protection the manager will just curse you in her own language. Whenever you say something she doesn’t like she will babble something in her language …can’t be more rude!

Horrible hack job! My boyfriend and I asked for pedicures. They cut our toe nails with scissors and each nail is crooked. They didn’t bother to remove any cuticle around our nails. My boyfriend was charged $40 for a 5 minute hack job. My toe nails were so poorly cut that the sides of my toes are in pain !! None of my nails are even and on certain nails it was cut so close to the flesh nail it looks as if someone bit my toenails off !! I politely paid and tipped but NEVER again! Please go somewhere else ! Look at my big toe !

Nikki is the best Nail Tech I have been to and trust me I know nails.. have been getting nails every Month by for last 20 years. Nail Envy has a very present owner who runs a tight shift and knows how to sell and make sure customers are 100% satisfied. After few times there I found NIKKI and I kid you not, she is a perfectionist. She knows what she is doing, you don’t have to wait when you get an appointment and she is so fair with the pricing. I highly recommend Nail Envy and Nikki.

this has been the worst place ever. SERVICE IS DISGUSTING. WILL NEVER COME BACK AGAIN. owner is nasty and her workers are worse. chair 7 is the NASTIEST PERSON EVER. cut my cuticles so so much i started bleeding. they broke my nails. and aren’t gentle. Prices aren’t uniform at all everyone changes the prices, based on how they’re feeling.

From the moment I sat in Anna’s chair she tried to sell me on multiple things. “You should get gel not acrylic”, “you should get microblading”, “you should get eye lashes”… all this within 5 minutes of sitting in her chair. I should have just got up then because she was clearly irritated that I didn’t want to add to the price tag of what I came in for, which was a full set with acrylic.

I go to get my nails done there Nikki is awesome nice and has skills. The place is clean including the bathroom. The only thing I don’t like is constantly being asked to upgrade my service and even when I say no there is pressure to do so. I have been going here for years for pedicures and gel manicures at least 2xs a month.
