I would give them negative stars if I could. I let them know I was going to be 5 minutes late and they told me it was fine. I showed up and then they told me they couldn’t take me after they said yes. Front desk is extremely rude. Go to another location they don’t deserve your TIP money.

I left my two babies at home and drove a half hour to my appt but was 7 minutes late due to traffic. I was told I could not be seen due to their “8 minute window”. When I asked how being 7 minutes late in the 8 minute window causes a cancelled appointment I was given no explanation other than there was another appt after me. I will not be returning to this location, I have had this wax multiple times so I know it takes max 10 minutes.
