Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueMommy and me day, what better to do than get our nails done……WRONG I wish we would’ve did something else, what a waste!!!!Lady that did my services was condescending and rude when I was trying to tell her our color selection. Usually, i would’ve left but my daughter was so excited that I sucked it up and ignored her.. She was not friendly and seemed like she was being bothered or simple angry. The young guy that did my daughters mani and pedi tried to be nice but it was so artificial and awkward. The energy was off and I couldn’t wait for it to be over. The pedicures were done so fast that the customer who was in progress when we got there was still in the chair when we were done. Poor quality pedicures. The only thing different about my feet after that pedicure is the nail color.Also, there is no price list so you do not know if you are being charged correctly.Finally, my 8 yo asked me why did we have to pay before we were finished and the other lady (of a different racial background) was allowed to pay after her services were done. Now I have to give a Sociology lesson to properly explain what she experienced. Discriminatory practices, that even an 8 year old can pick up on it. Critical: ProfessionalismMe and my boyfriend’s daughter went to get our nails done and this place charged us 85.00 for a kid’s manicure with color and my full set with color and no design. The guy that did her nails kept shaking terribly like he didn’t eat anything all day and kept messing up her nails. The older guy who did my nails stayed talking on the phone the entire time and it looks like acrylic was just slapped on my nails with color. They look hideous. Me and my boyfriend’s daughter went to get our nails done and this place charged us 85.00 for a kid’s manicure with color and my full set with color and no design. The guy that did her nails kept shaking terribly like he didn’t eat anything all day and kept messing up her nails. The older guy who did my nails stayed talking on the phone the entire time and it looks like acrylic was just slapped on my nails with color. They look hideous. PLEASE DON’T GO HERE

So I brushed it off and was like it’s fine we’re already here … sooo fast forward to my daughters turn in getting her nails i figured since I was still doing mines with someone else and the lady from the front was free and had no clients , that she could do her nails . When I asked she said, well actually yelled “no” I asked her why several times and she kept saying “no” & to be exact I spent 98 dollars on both our nails that took over two hours for something really simple all because she had one person do my daughter and I at the same time.I will never return, we felt uncomfortable, and some discrimination because of our ethnicity . I went today the first and only one there with my daughter , she’s only 3 and was excited to do her nails , I told a woman in the front that we were both getting manicures and pedicures and she wasn’t happy at all. So I brushed it off and was like it’s fine we’re already here … sooo fast forward to my daughters turn in getting her nails i figured since I was still doing mines with someone else and the lady from the front was free and had no clients , that she could do her nails . Had a manicure and pedicure, and after one week, cuticles look terrible and are a mess, had to trim toe nails because the younger boy who did my pedicure basically refused to trim my toenails because they are smaller in size. They were to long when I returned from vacation that I had to trim them to be able to comfortably where my work shoes. I will be looking for a new place in the future
