Critical: ProfessionalismToday was my first time (and last) into this salon. I had a gel polish manicure. The staff was very inattentive and the quality of my manicure was poor. She cut my cuticles off but didn’t polish the nail to the skin so after walking out with a fresh manicure it still looks a week old. Today was my first time (and last) into this salon. I had a gel polish manicure. The staff was very inattentive and the quality of my manicure was poor. She cut my cuticles off but didn’t polish the nail to the skin so after walking out with a fresh manicure it still looks a week old. This place has a monopoly on the area since it’s isolated but I’ll choose driving further from my house in order to get better service.

My sisters, niece and I went for the first time. Extremely satisfied with the service. It was my niece’s first pedicure and she loved it. I got a pedicure and a full set of acrylic nails. The tech was gentle but thorough. She constantly asked me if liked everything, throughout the entire process. And the prices were very reasonable. Will definitely be going back.

This salon has gone down hill since the original owner “Kim” sold it. The staff has become very unprofessional. Prices have increased. The past 3 times I have gone there they have messed up the polish and when asked to redo it they become very angry. I have been going to this salon since they opened, but will not be going back.

The workers are very friendly although they don’t speak english very well, it’s very understandable and cute. 🙂 They will help you reach your satisfactions and will be glad to fix anything that you don’t like with no mean mugging or complaints haha.
