THIS PLACE SAVED MY NAILS! I got acrylics a month ago and my nails were bruised and had wholes in them. I came here for a change the women are sweeter than ever, they are not expensive at all and they take their time! She made sure every nail was perfect and worked on each of them individually! I will be back because of the women but most importantly the service! Nail places are not like this anymore but here they value your time and money! I recommend this place to everyone and everyone who wants the perfect nails!

This place used to be fine, but they got new management I guess. We had an appointment for 3:00. We didn’t get seen till 4:00 and even after the nail tech left to serve other people so we were just stuck sitting there without any help. I get it that it’s busy, but whoever is taking appointments should just stop booking so close together because the nail appointments obviously take a lot longer. We felt very ignored and just ended up leaving mid session without any colors. If you’re booking an appointment just go somewhere else because you’ll find yourself waiting over an hour to get a manicure/pedicure.

Great experience every time! Clean and pleasant atmosphere. Staff is always very nice, professional and do a great job. I have been coming here for years, mostly for pedicures and some no chip manis, and I always leave satisfied!

My mom and I made an appointment for 2 gel manicures at 1pm. When we arrived, they only had 3 nail techs on site. After waiting until 1:20, there was still no sign of them getting us seated so we had to leave. This was very disappointing because we made appointments specifically to make sure we’d be attended to and not have to wait like an average walk-in because of a wedding we have tonight. Very disappointing experience.

Hands down the best nail salon ever ! Great customer service , they speak to all their customers with respect & dignity . This is my third time coming to this salon & I must say anytime I come I feel comfortable and understood , the massage chairs are great & the atmosphere is soothing and clean , the foot massages are also immaculate! If I could give this salon a 10 star rating I would . This is the best salon in Des Plaines !!!! I promise !!

I’ve given this place a few chances already because it’s convenient and so easy to stop by after work. I stop 2 times there’s been an issue with the regular nail polish i was told is normal to chip with in 1 day when i asked her is it normal for regular nail polish to chip in less the 24 hours the technician said yeah with attitude. This last time they didn’t even paint the top part of the nail throughly. I didn’t notice until I got home. I had the service on Friday evening had to go back Saturday to be fixed today is Sunday my nails are chipped almost most of them the lady who did my nails didn’t even cleaned or cut my cuticles the corners of my nails is so rough
