I haven’t been here in years and decided to stop in to get a pedicure. The woman said her name was One ( not sure of spelling, I apologize) she did an AMAZING job at massaging my legs and feet. The tech who did my nails was very friendly – however – the $40 pedicure was very mediocre. The massage was non-existent. The time spent on the actual pedicure was very short. I’m sure there are other places with better quality for the same / similar prices. Unfortunately we won’t be back. (If you do go – ensure you have cash because that’ll be what they ask of you/push you to use due to credit card charges to the business for taking cards).

I use to come here a long time ago and it was great. Then they some how changed it up. Went recently, got the dip. Didn’t ask me how I liked my nails shaped. All were shaped differently, had to fix them at home. They charged $50.00 for the service. All around Deltona they charge $35.00 for the same. Did even asked if I wanted to schedule a future appointment… Will not go back.

I just had the worst experience of my life at this nail salon I went in for a pedicure and a possible manicure. I was seated to be serviced for a pedicure as the woman with glasses and tattoo cuts my nails she almost cut my skin and missed my nail so naturally I complained and continued on my phone call then she ask me if I want round or square and never apologize for hurting me and as I was talking she says yea yea very rudely so I tell her that that is rude so then she proceeds now to clean my nails at first she puts the nail dirt she picks out of my nail on a towel like normal nail techs do but then she starts putting all the nail dirt on the top of my foot so I tell her so then she starts talking to her boss I’m assuming telling her her version now this lady ask me rudely as well “Now what” and at this point I’m just in shock so I tell her and all she could say was to come back later so she can do my pedicure because they are busy. This is the worst experience I have ever had at any nail salon stay clear of this place or at least from that lady with the tattoos I describe her because I didn’t get her name.
