One lady was super personable and sweet, the other just did her job and moved on with no type of customer engagement and she was seemingly in a hurry. Not super happy with the pedicure service from her, but manicure and the lady who did that was great. Place is big and clean but don’t think I’ll be back because I get regular pedis and that was what marked off for stars for me. Had my daughter’s done as well and the polish was chipping off both of us within a week.

Thought I found a great nail place but today proved me wrong. Had an appointment and waited 45 minutes before I finally said I’m not waiting any longer. They blamed it on a lady who had her baby with her at her appt – why would that make the nail tech run that late?? Not so much as an apology or even a look from Evonne (who I really like last time). Guess I should have read the other reviews.

I’ve been going here for a few months and I love this place! Their prices are reasonable, they do great manicures and pedicures, and are super quick. They have a really good selection of polish and gel colors. I’ve always been a walk in, but they do appointments as well.

Paid good money for a pedi on polish that two hours on would not dry, went back to get it fixed. Months on was going to go back only because my mom bought me a pedi for my birthday, and was told they wouldn’t service me because I was rude! Hence if you get your nails done here and ask for it to be fixed they then tarnish your Rep by telling your family members you were rude. I think it’s rude to talk about your customers who pay good money for a service! I said I’d never go back there, but was willing to because it was a gift… but now I definately won’t be going back!

I have been going now for six months and have had a great experience every time. The staff is wonderful, speaks English and makes sure you do not have to wait long for nail services. The major plus for me, they are always willing to listen if there is something I do not like about my nails or toes. My suggestion get a Pedicure and you will never go anywhere else. Loves this place.

I have visited here twice . Neither times had appointments. She told me the wait would be about 25 minutes which is fine I knew I would have a wait since I walked in but that turned into an hour wait finally got seated she would not have a conversation with me but would talk to the other customer perfectly fine then in the middle of doing my acrylics went over to another customer who came in after me sat there for another 20 minutes. Awful customer service. Not to mention there was only 1 girl working out there on the floor. Will not come back.

I just left there from getting my nails done today.I Was trying something & will NEVER go back to this place again 1st the nail tech was on the phone the entire time he was working on my nails, No type of customer Interaction and then the polish job looked like my 6 year old did it and he basically rushed me out the chair. It was only $16 bucks so I guess with this place you get what you pay for ehivj with them is cheap service.
