I have never seen a professional pedicure like this. Unfortunately, I was reading when it was being done and was not paying attention. Lesson learned! My second toe was bleeding and is still sore 3 days later. Pedicure

I would not recommend this place. Went with my sister for a pedicure. We choose a deluxe package. They started on my sister 10 min before me, yet I finished first so they really rushed through the whole process. The girl who worked on me came with a box of files that were used on the previous client. This means they are not disinfected. The massage and pedicure on both of us was terrible. It was done poorly with a lack of interest on everything. When she was putting my sandals on she lost her temper and told me to never wear sandals like that to a pedicure and then was very rude changing them out for the plastic shoes. My sister choose a color of polish, halfway through the painting they came with another bottle that was a completely different color. My sister questioned this and once again rudely was told if she wanted old polish then they would put old polish on. At that point we both just wanted to leave. The amusing thing is when it came time to pay they were all smiles and sweetness. Truly a very disagreeable experience.

I came in and asked how long for a pedicure and they said 10 mins, it’s been over 18 mins. My fault for believing her. Just be honest don’t make someone wait when they’re on a schedule, knowing you’re not going to be 10 mins. I left. Wasted 18 mins .

Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueHad my nails/dip powder pedicure and eyebrows done on the 25th of July Saturday. It was an awesome relaxing experience my nails/feet and eyebrows were flawless. I highly recommend this nail salon and all of the nail technicians have exemplary skills and customer service. Will be going back in a couple of weeks.

My grandmother is dying of stage 4 terminal metastatic cancer and I brought her here for what I hoped to be a relaxing afternoon out. a customer left, (who happened to have particularly gross feet) I watched a worker drain the water from the pedicure bath to the right of me, they usually spray it and wipe it with a cleanser, she did not and simply replaced the plastic. Then I watched her take the tools from that bath, and set them by my grandmothers pedicure bath and sit down to start her nails. I asked her “is that okay? To take the tools you just used on that woman and use them on her without cleaning them?” She said “yeah” I said well what if that woman had an open sore or something on her foot?” To which she did not reply and just went and grabbed new tools from the sterilizer. Then our nails were finished, I watched her take the metal tools to the sink to rinse, and then took them and sat them at another client’s station. She also sat the same buffer square and file that she had just used to my grandmother, At the same station and is using them on a customer as I sit here waiting for my nails to try. The tools should be placed in to a sterilizer between each use and are being repeatedly used on customers without being cleaned properly and sometimes not cleaned at all. I am a nurse and have seen patient’s come in with serious and sometimes life threatening infections from simple things such as dirty pedicure tools. Also, the worst part was, when we left; my grandmother said she felt the woman who did her feet hated her and I walked why and she said she was really aggressive with her feet and her pedicure was painful and my grandmother NEVER complains so this was upsetting. Spare yourself and go somewhere else.

One of the best nail salons I have found in Mount Pleasant. I came in at 6:30pm on a Sunday to get my tips filled and I’m sure they were about to close but one of the nail aestheticians took me with no issue at all. I believe her name was Haylen and she did a gorgeous job! She took her time and paid attention to what I asked for. For anyone looking for a nail salon in MTP this is the place to go. Thank you!

The technicians are friendly and fun and I wouldn’t go to anyone else. You get the real deal with the pedicure treatment. Well worth it!!!!
