I’m not one to normally leave negative reviews but Vincent did a terrible job with my boyfriend’s hair. If you have ethnic hair, it’s best to go elsewhere (like Tranquility in Flowood, where Brandon fixed the mess Vincent made on my boyfriend’s hair). As a stylist, Vincent was pretty unfriendly and culturally insensitive. My boyfriend is Black and Asian, so his hair is pretty ethnic and requires special treatment. We called ahead of time to ask if they have experience with working with ethnic hair and they said, “It’s all the same” and referenced one of their Hawaiian regulars as an example.
