I had dip nails done and it was an amazing experience. The staff were all extremely nice and know what they’re doing. The only downside is that they hurt my skin when they were cutting the cuticle but that’s ok. They even let me pick 5 different colors for dip nails and did not charge me more for it, which I greatly appreciate. Nails turned out looking beautiful. Thank you!

Had Luisa for mani and pedi. She spent crucial time and gave the design lots of detail to match a photo I showed her. Gentleman there who does massages has the hands of an angel. You’ll feel super relaxed and all your childhood drama will melt away. From VA and never had work done so well at one salon.

Had a good experience at the salon, the lady tending to me was pleasant and did her job well, but their product was not great. I selected a color from their “luxury” shelf for my manicure and pedicure. The bottle was almost empty, so I assumed they would open a new bottle; but I loved the color. However, they kept the same bottle and went through the entire services needing shake, beat, and tap the bottle to get the very last bits left. I assumed their luxury product was better than my at home polish, and that it wouldn’t be the goopy remnants that never dry. But that’s exactly what I got for my $40 manicure. The nail polish continued to smear on my nails for hours later.

I have never had a manicure last as long as this dip set!! It still looks perfect 3 weeks later…the chip on my thumb just happened last night after a full day of moving furniture and DIYing! Besides the chip there is very little separation on the rest of the nail. It was a little expensive at $70 with tip but so worth it! Incredible work and one of the fastest manicures I’ve ever gotten. Absolutely will return!

I had Ling Li and Peishan Lu (I can’t remember their American names but I think it was Sammy and Diana?) They were very professionally. I’m a tall male and I did not feel judged and was not talked about in there while being serviced. I got a gel manicure and regular pedicure here and it was a great experience. I had Ling Li and Peishan Lu (I can’t remember their American names but I think it was Sammy and Diana?) They were very professionally. I’m a tall male and I did not feel judged and was not talked about in there while being serviced. I recently flew from Germany to New York with nails in need of care. While on the plane, I was able to book an appointment online immediately after landing. I went straight from the airport to the nail salon and was taken straight away on a Sunday. I was overwhelmed by the friendliness and competence of everyone. I had tips and went to get a manicure. First thing I said when I came in is that I want to keep my nails long. The girl apparently didn’t understand English she didn’t ask me and just cut my nails short. The owner came to translate and told her to just do new tips on one hand. Like what? After she soaked in nail polish remover. Took her over an hour to remove old nail polish. Finally another lady came to do my nails Instead. They did new tips and charged me for it . Took 2.5 hours of my day. I will never go back there

Worst service ever. Arrived for a regular manicure (was asked 3 times if I wanted a gel !). Had to remove a gel manicure first. They let me soaked whilst starting a pedicure I. Someone who arrived after me. Removed my gel myself and left. I do not recommend
