Beware of “contract agreement”. Long time client and while the service was excellent the practices are not customer friendly. After several appointments I had to reschedule due to an unforeseen work issue. When calling to notify of the situation I was still forced to pay due to it not being 24 hrs in advance. This feels pretty awful as calling to reschedule/cancel was out of courtesy. To make it even worse I would have to wait several months to even get back in. If you have a hectic life you may want to look somewhere more flexible.
