Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueFirst off, it’s at her house not a salon. Which I was okay with. The boyfriend was extremely rude and unprofessional. I got my hair braided Thursday 12 of my braids fell out by Sunday. My daughter was suppose to have an appointment today at 10. I called to cancel but when she answered she said hello, I said hello how are you, then she hung up and never answered…now it’s going to voicemail. Never got a chance to tell her the braids came out. Now mind you, I have short hair which she said she specialized in and they wouldn’t fall out. But they did and are still falling out. First off, it’s at her house not a salon. Which I was okay with. The boyfriend was extremely rude and unprofessional. I got my hair braided Thursday 12 of my braids fell out by Sunday. My daughter was suppose to have an appointment today at 10. Critical: ProfessionalismI called this place and left a message and when I got a returned called from this number the person says she works out of her house she was supposed to call me back to set up an appointment for tomorrowand she never did! Thats unacceptable! I sent her pictures of my locs then she was going to call me back! Well I sent her a text and told her she could have least call me back so I am taking my business elsewhere! Then I got a text message and it said “ok” beware of this person! She is not working at advertised address! I called this place and left a message and when I got a returned called from this number the person says she works out of her house she was supposed to call me back to set up an appointment for tomorrowand she never did!
