Critical: Professionalism, QualityThe worst experience of my life !! A total nightmare ! Level ten studio located inside my salon suites! Beware !! She is a crook in disguise! Won’t return my texts after almost all of my hair has fallen out. I got bead extensions, total cost of experience was about $1800. I did not sign up for this! How did this even happen? She can’t seem to explain … her only response was hair sheds. If I could post before and after pictures I would . My hair is much shorter and much thinner, I know this isn’t normal. She applied the wrong extensions to my hair when I was told and lied to that the ones I were getting were the best ones to have. Least damaging she told me . That’s the opposite of what happened !! Very unprofessional. Not wanting to help me figure out how or why this happened …. I would give zero stars highly don’t recommend!!!!
