I have been to this facility 3 times. My first two massages were with Sherri and she is an extremely nice and personable person and I love that however, she talks the whole time and when I book a massage I want to decompress and relax. I want to not think or engage. I also prefer firm massages which she doesn’t do. I decided to try someone else. My third massage was with Ash. He was great! The pressure was just right and he did exactly what I asked. It was relieving and relaxing. I felt I found my regular person except when I went to book my next appointment with him before I left they advised me that was his last week. Back to the drawing board.

I had some very tight spots I needed work on and she gave me insight to why those spots were so tight and how to release them while thoroughly helping me loosen up. I can tell she’s passionate about massage therapy and I personally like being educated, but she had also offered to remain quiet and just let me have a silent massage if I needed it. She’s a pro. I’ve already booked another appointment with Melanie.

I needed a gentle massage due to leg edema and pain. He did whats called a lymphatic massage ti get rid of the swelling in my legs. He protected my privacy throughout the entire massage. My back was hurting a lot bc i have chronic back pain. Back pain gone after thw massage…what more can you ask for. When i received my facial she moisturized as I asked her to. She also helped me discover that i have TMJ and i am going to get help for that bc if her. Thank you Massage Envy
