A middle aged women was teaching and ederly lady that she said was her mother how to bleach my ladies hair on a Saturday. once she was about half hay done putting the foil she left the elderly women alone at the shop, she fried my girls hair and left some patches not bleached. Was very upset. However the elderly lady did tell my girl that she could come back on Tuesday to fix the patches that weren’t blonde but we didn’t return, we chose to go elsewhere and had to pay someone else to do the best they could but the damage had already been done.
